Jim Cronin is the Managing Member of Hawk Distribution Services LLC. 

Jim Cronin has Managing Broker licenses in four Midwest states of Kansas, Missouri, Illinois and Indiana.  Jim Cronin has either sold or leased a total of 126 refrigerated warehouse buildings or refrigerated food processing facilities. 

Jim Cronin has in excess of 1,000 hours of certified real estate education for the acquisition and then continuing education of the Kansas, Missouri, Illinois and Indiana Managing Broker licenses.

Hawk Distribution Services LLC facilitated approximately 325 refrigerated warehouse storage and logistics programs in the last 37 years. 

Jim Cronin has brokered the salvage and removal of refrigeration mechanical systems and insulated wall panels for 75 refrigerated food facilities located across the United States.
